Best healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Pancakes

A little bit about ourselves, we love good food and we are always trying to be healthy, meaning eating good things and doing some physical activity like running or Crossfit. Nina and I, well we love breakfast and especially making pancakes!

This is my all-time favorite healthy Oatmeal-Chocolate Pancake recipe and its so simple! You just mix everything in a blender and voilà there you have your pancake mix!

Oatmeal Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix everything together 
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. For or scoop the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides and serve hot and with some fruits and maple syrup or honey
