					<description><![CDATA[Just made this - it was my first time cooking with rhubarb, but something was off. The crust is great, but the custard was bubbling like there was too much liquid/sugar when in the oven. I cooked it for 30 minutes and it was still bubbling. The texture is not right. The custard was also a much deeper brown color from the start due to the brown sugar and didn&#039;t look like the pale yellow in the photo. Wondering what I did wrong? Thanks]]></description>
