Cannot wait to taste the crust/cake combo, but must say these baking instructions are downright STRANGE. I didn’t feel the cake was actually cooked through, so if I make this again in the future I will try more traditional baking options- or longer At the lower temp. Or anything so I am confident it is cooked… strange strange instructions….

I am making it for a friends birthday tonight so hoping this is how it should be and once its been in the fridge it sets firmer? So far it is looking amazing if it is going to set more.
